Job Advertising:

Single Job Posting: $195 for up to 90 days (can be posted in multiple categories). You can choose to advertise your ads for 30, 60, or 90 days with the same price. Jobs posted on one of our websites are searchable from all our career sites.

Featured Job (to be listed in the top section): additional $35 for one week; $75 for one month; $125 for two months; $175 for three months.

Job Packages:

• Post 5 jobs within 6 months: $750 (per institute or direct employer)
• Post 10 jobs within 12 months: $1250 (per institute or direct employer)
• Post 20 jobs within 12 months: $1950 (per institute or direct employer)
• Post unlimited jobs within 12 months: $3000 (per institute or dept)

Postdoc Referral service for employers:
Postdoc Referral for employers is a candidate referral service provided by PostdocJobs.com.

- Postdoc Referral service - For $750, we will search our entire resume database and find up to 10 top candidates that are most qualified for the position. We will make sure these candidates meet the qualifications for the position. Employers will be provided detail resumes / C.V.s of 10 candidates including their contact information.

- Postdoc Referral Plus service - For $1250, we will advertise your job ad on our website as featured jobs and will collect all the resumes sent from candidates who respond to your ad. We will do the initial screening to make sure they are qualified, eligible and available. We will engage and interview (if necessary) the prospective candidates and make sure these candidates will be ready to hire. We will refer you up to 10-20 top candidates who are most qualified for the position.

Please note that the responses to jobs advertised on our website are overwhelming. When you advertise the position on our website, you may receive / respond to hundreds of resumes and inquires. This can take you a lot of time. Postdoc Referral for employers is to assist you to recruit the best candidates and save time. Please contact us for more detail.

Customized Job Site:
In addition to advertising your jobs, we can also offer a customized job site for your organization with the same look and feel as your organization's website. You can use it as your organization's career / job opening page. This service requires a subscription of our job packages. (Example: http://www.postdocjobs.com/mdanderson/ )
Cost: additional $1000 per year.

Resume/C.V. Search:
Search our candidates' resumes / C.V. database: For faculty members or not-for-profit employers who are directly hiring and searching candidates to fill one particular position, the cost is $200 per month with job advertising (job advertising fee is separate), or $300 per month without job ads. For other direct employers, $600 per month. For recruiters, please contact us for more info.
Advertisers who post an ad will receive job applications (resumes) from job seekers directly. If ordered our resume search service, employers can search our database and select additional candidates from our database (i.e. select up to 50 finalists' resumes per month).

Email Marketing:
We send job alert emails to over 100,000 job candidates every month. Your text ads (<100 words with a hyperlink) can be included in the email. (Recent customers include Drexel University, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain, and INRIA in France.)
Cost: $950 for one email campaign, or $1750 for two email campaigns.

Banners:
Standard Banner ads (468 x 60): $8 CPM (cost per thousand impressions) for static image ads; $10 CPM for animated image ads; $18 CPM for flash ads.
Skyscraper (120x600): $20 CPM (cost per thousands impressions) or $30 CPM for flash ads.

Advertising Agencies :
Advertising agencies may receive 15% discount on our regular prices (except for the job packages and resume search service).

Payment Options:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express); Purchase Orders / Insertion Orders and Invoicing / Billing. Bank Transfer is available for International Organizations upon request.
